The smart move would to not draw attention to it. Even after the Rushia situation, JP girls at the time used the "this is an unfortunate situation, and we (see Cover) can continue asking for your support" line without throwing her or her fanbase under the bus about the affair. In the case of Rushia, the situation developed to the point when termination was the only option. That's completely different from what happened in Kawaii. It's as if Coco wouldn't graduate on her own but convinced the whole Gen 4 to leave with her. You can be sure that such a situation would have played out differently even in Hololive.

Unironically kind of fucked up, yeah. And gen 3 had reasons to be pissed, like sava and aletta doing massive successful donothons and not really getting much of a benefit from them from the company, or the company repeatedly taking oceane's side because of her earning potential to surpass nene until her doxxing against nene and aletta threatened the existence of the entire company legally speaking.

They're just poorly run.
