Even though actually, the sudden rise of girls like Rin (kind of idol as a whole really) show there is still potential out there, the audience just has to actually-like what's being put out and you can't just dictate to people what their tastes "should" be. Some children and orbiters (who both coincidentally have 0 testosterone) do accept the suggestions to just put up with more shit and be happy with it but many don't and won't stick around if shit's going south.

I think she was essentially indie as a start, then signed on to VReverie as they formed, and then went on hiatus right after Ophie, Rya and Nova debuted.

Lmao that's such a fucking niche model holy shit. It's cute yeah but I can definitely see probably the majority of girls would go "uhh can I have a different one" if given the choice. It's the kind of thing an indie would come up with to be weird and quirky, you'd have to specifically go out of your way to be "you know what, I wanna be a fucking cockroach."
