Lots of these Japanese chuubas are in their 30's and view this as their job.
These english vtubers are considerably younger, in their early 20's.
Furthermore, the concepts of "internet" and "video games" for a westerner will never feel like a job, at least not at first. So they're usually going to take it less seriously and act less professionally.
I will lastly add that this is mostly a problem for Nijisanji (although not exclusively). Holostars EN is mostly professional enough to not resort to this kind of humor, and also have at least 2 male chuubas closer to being 30 than 20.
But like I said, not exclusively. Altare (probably the youngest out of all of them btw) is one of most likely to make a sex joke.
