That’s Phase, Idol or or the new small one finishing auditions. They probably won’t care. Will she stop in the next month or next few months? If it’s later Niji would be possible and least likely is Holo they technically audition females but that was 2 years ago. Holo and Niji would use her bringing this up as a reason to terminate if she causes any problems though.

Is she going to delete her channel? If she is, its a huge redflag. She either got into a bad company with a non-compete clause or she feels her past will interfere with what she is going to do in her corpo account

Depends on her content. Does she plays games the big JP corpos don't? If yes, then say goodbye to those streams unless she's driven enough to bug management to get perms, ESPECIALLY if she somehow ends in EN3 (if that ever happend). Otherwise the smaller EN agencies like Idol and Phase Connect don't have this problem. As for non-gaming content is rather similar as well, with the smaller agencies being more lenient and the big 2 being more restrictive but that's highly dependent on what she likes to do. And again it's a similar case for music if she likes to sing with how copyright bullshit works, so if she's big on western songs get ready for unarchived streams if she ends up in Niji or Holo.

Her games are mostly on the sphere of games most corpos would play, partly because she doesn't diversify much, and maybe partly because she used to be on another corpo and didn't really try to diversify much from her repertoire. She did made some streams to talk about specific, weird topic, and some watchalongs, but nothing terribly out of the ordinary.
