>>46980111>support existing talentsThat's the problem. They support talents for existing and do not give preferential treatment to those that put in the work. The last JP/EN gen to struggle was sankisei (they kad ~1k CCV at the beginning) and maybe some would argue 4th gen also struggled a bit. After that all those women were granted instant success/money. Imagine being Gura and instantly getting 100k subs before anyone has ever heard your voice, and then because you sound cute, you easily reach 1M subs, then sell shit ton of merch cuz "ha ha shark girl cuuuute uWu". You then notice that you don't even really need to stream anymore, and many people will still support you through memberships/merch. Just show up from time to time for random collab/mc/shill streams. Similar stuff happened to a bunch of other EN girls just on a smaller scale. What did Cover do? They have openly encouraged them to take all the breaks they need because at the end of the day, they were still making a bank, and it's way better than threatening your talents with graduation and potentially losing your breadwinners.
Who is to blame for all this? Cover? The girls? No. It's the fans. If you stopped supporting lazy bitches, they'd have to start streaming again or Cover would bring in another gen to compensate for decreased inflow of money due to talents' inactivity. However, instead you have a bunch of retards who write shit like "I'll support my oshi no matter what" while they spend time with their "friends" and asks chatgpt to generate excuses for not streaming for weeks or months.
No wonder EN3 is taking so long. At this point Yagoo must be aware how risky it is to hire Western women because many of them are spoiled bitches, who expect men to fulfill their every desire with money simply because they exist. There are exceptions, and I hope at least few of those exceptional girls make it to EN3, or otherwise things will only get worse for HoloEN.
