This led to mass hysteria among the general thread and some of the girls actually browse the thread so they were aware of what was going on.
Among the changes there was a condition that their biggest girl, Pippa, would get to retain more freedoms than the rest and her community would not be as regulated.
That eventually leads to a stream where she breaks down crying and among her problems she makes it clear that feeling like she's special and getting unique treatment was making her feel like shit.
All of this was happening because the CEO was siding with a mod that wanted to change the company's culture, its way of managing its community and their image.
The CEO makes a tweet trying to clarify his position on the matter in a somewhat cryptic way and that's when Kson gets publicly involved and basically gives her 2 cents on the matter siding with the girls that did not like those changes and the community that was against them.
If you wanted an example of "Kson poisons vtubers" you picked an awful one because she literally saved that company from sanitizing itself so much it would have lost the identity that makes it unique and turned its staff against the community it had grown.
