Gura will hide even the smallest detail about her life, but not her personality. Who she is and how she thinks is clear to see when she's goofing around on stream. She's also a naturally funny person, and it's easy to laugh at jokes with Gura.
It's harder to get a feel for Mumei's personality. She hides it. When Mumei giggles at something on screen, most of the time it feels like she's doing it for the sake of presentation rather than her actually finding something funny.
For what it's worth, I think Mumei is a genuinely kinder person than Gura, so between the two I still favor the Owl.
