What you're asking for is people to only react when shit hits the fan. But it's way too late by then. And at the same time, it is impossible to get enough people to react when it matters because there are way more people like you than me.
And that's fine. I've accepted that when the ball gets rolling, it can't be stopped. I just consider myself lucky to have been in this hobby early, enjoyed the good times, and catch the beginning and be able to observe the progress of this inevitable disaster.
