Typing Of The Dead Overkill is only on Steam, and it's impossible to buy in Japan, so even though HoloJP has blanket Sega perms and therefore TECHNICALLY has the perms to play it, they can't actually play it. That 'technically' is important, though, because it means EN CAN play it. Obviously, that pisses off the Perms Guy who fucking hates EN, so he dragged his feet as much as humanly possible.
