It was a 16oz aged ribeye with a baked garlic butter.
$45 and I got some top shelf old fashioneds to go with it. Worth every penny. Carrabas(chain) also has a great ribeye because they have wood chips in the grill they use along with the butter they top it with.
You are right though, every other steakhouse I've been to it's just so-so, even some of the high end ones I've been to.
