This isn't lit club but if you can't make the connection between a story whose ultimate theme is that ignorance is bliss with the idea that a lot of people are happier when they don't have to do a lot of thinking, just sit down and mindlessly absorb media at the most superficial level then there's no helping you.

Nta but to me that goes more in things like actually taking interest in the technology, as well as not just being interested in one agency or one vtuber. Knowing about the different kinds of vtuber and different scenes, english or not, knowing a bit about what makes a vtuber, possibly getting friendly with small indies, or if you concentrate on big vtubers I guess merch/concerts etc.
Not that I ask this of everyone. But it's true the vast majority of "vtuber fans" ever here are very surface level and think anyone not in the small group they watch is awful.
