>>47308383A couple of things would change, Mori is a big butterfly for instance. Without Kiara in Japan, she'd be far more isolated and Pomu would be less interested in making big collabs. By this point Mori would have most likely graduated and she'd be singing for UMG Japan under her roommate. Pomu herself would be better off than Kiara right now, but not by much, around Ame's level.
Kiara in Niji is an interesting question, she probably wouldn't be as invested in vtubing as she is in Hololive, but she'd fit well into collabs with the first three gens and over time she'd grow to like her company, hitting a big breakout after her 3D debut and eventually reuniting with Pomu on the other side.
Kiara's absence would probably make Myth even more into a ghost town and EU would be even less inclined to be invested in Hololive, which could result in Kiara in Niji getting a slight boost.
EN's main couple would be BaeRyS as Gurame would definitely not survive since the shipfags invested in Takamori would flow towards them and put even bigger pressure on Gura and Ame. Kiara in Niji would build a harem just as she did in Hololive, possibly bringing in the dejected shipfags into the company.
Pomu would have more songs and covers than in Niji and HoloFes would definitely excite her, but the lack of MGS perms would be an interesting change on her image. I can imagine she'd keep the Minecraft server more alive, maybe she would grow to be the kingpin there, or she'd get into Yakuza possibly.
Kiara would definitely get on the Genshin Impact hype train, but she'd lose out on the Bandai Namco ambassadorship role. She'd do many handcam streams and eventually she'd grow to be a variety streamer with the other members handholding her.
All in all, individually Pomu would fare better than Kiara in Hololive, but the branch itself would suffer more, while Kiara would not be as successful individually, but NijiEN would have a smaller gap to HoloEN as a result.
