What Hololive management should do is to allow HoloID to use local donation platfroms. You can only use Superchat and Streamlabs if you have Credit Cards or Paypal. The thing is only a minuscule of Indonesian had CC and PP, there are many reasons, like religious reasons or most are just too afraid to have CC.
With local donation platforms Indonesian could donate using their e-wallet or bank account directly.
