>>47365673> I said she gets the least reward for working the hardest in her gen.So, not management rewards, but "audience" reward.
Once again, skill issue.
Plenty of indies and even some holos have long-ass stream hours but get minimal numbers from it, because they're not entertaining enough.
HoloJP in general is strong because they grinded their ass off back in 2019-20 when Hololive was in their infancy.
Ayame included, she used to be a daily streamer back then (funny that you claim to be a "JPchad" and include her as an example of "laziness").
HoloEN is unironically at a crossroads. All the existing EN members are well known quantities, and considering their lack of streams, their numbers are also dying - as shown by chartanon.
What EN3 does is not just 5 new girls, but an insane number of new dynamics -
> 60 new combinations of 1 on 1 collabs> 335 new combinations of 3 person collabs> 1115 new combinations of 4 person collabs (used to be only 210 with 10 girls)Naturally most of these might not be fulfilled, but the potential exists.
That pivot, that potential is a branch-wide thing. Small corpos are nipping at the heels of HoloEN by having more and more talented people debut.
If EN3 is a failure, the entire fucking BRANCH will be doomed, but the probability that all FIVE of them are epic failures is somewhere along the lines of 0.0000001%.
This is why I don't get the doomposting.
