>>4738035So I found a link to a pre-debut stream (2nd June 2018) that she had unlisted but not yet deleted. The twitter link in the description lead to some Japanese girl, not to Uto. I watched her tweets for a while, she seemed to be a Japanese girl studying in Australia that was interested in cooking biological weapons. Now her explanation for the tags was that she asked somebody else to handle her YouTube account and she put in the tags. Since the twitter account for those early streams lead to some girl it fits in with her explanation. I emailed uto and told her the video was still accessible and a few hours later it was removed. Uto did nothing wrong.
