>>47451064>>47451130Reducing meat consumption a bit is already pretty great, no need to go cold-turkey. I still eat some kind of animal a couple times a week, but I reduced red meat by a lot, and replaced large fish with smaller fish (tuna to mackerel and sardines), both of which are pretty great for reducing environmental impact and how smart the creatures who get animal cruelty'd are. Worked in more high protein non animal products as well, like some beans and nuts.
And I'm eating tastier food than I ever have, cuz I'm cooking more, it's been a win-win.
