Holo EN as a whole has been a failure. EN3 is not gonna happen. Cover should just do the right thing and graduate every single member. Just focus on JP and ID. The ID members can all speak English, anyway. They can just be the new EN. Hell, maybe even get rid of ID and just go back to being a Japanese-only corpo. Cover probably should have never expanded out of Japan.
