This guy is apparently from Paraguay and did face reveal on twitter. Previously he had a unique doll/plushie concept, dropped it for a walfie chibi and now a horrid 3D alien twink.
Nimu, the biggest vtuber indie (for now), also went from decent kusogaki L2D to an even more horrendous 3D and now masked IRL.
The ES-speaking community is growing on a parallel meta. They are way more mainstream than EN & JP streamers, so their content follows along.
That's why they don't need a cute/sexy/cool anime look to get people to watch them.
That's also why this guy doesn't have a LIVE tab >>47466453 there's no point for him

Spanish VTubers are more accepted by and get more collabs with their big mainstream YouTubers and Streamers than EN VTubers. That's one of the reasons ES VTubers are growing so fast.

Nijisanji invented VTubers when they started live streaming on YouTube which is why VTubers became known as "livers". Hololive tried to copy this by including the "live" in their brand name. They then started to do "live" shows as idols. They always want to be live. If a vtuber isn't live a vtuber is dead. Many such cases.
