La+ = Gura, a white hair loli who can sing
Lui = Kiara, a bilingual social bird
Iroha = Ame, mostly for design reasons, but at the beginning both coincidentally ended up being close to their respective lolis
Sakamata = water animal like Gura, and she's doing what Mori was intended to do from the very beginning and that is farming money
Koyori is a unique case because she was most likely meant to be Korone #2. Canine design, streams a lot...I'd say she probably succeeded.
I know some of those comparisons sound like a stretch, but overall I still stick to the idea that HoloX was generally just a rehash gen because Cover wanted to play it safe, and have "backup" girls in case their older talents went tits up.
