>>47543865>But we're still worse off being out than we are in. Because now those governing parties have done nothing to show how we're better off. We'd be the exact same. The only difference is now the governing parties need to keep make new excuses for their failings, rather than blame the EU. We still comply with a ton of EU laws for no apparent reason, despite them still being unpopular. The majority of Europe elites, including the UK, are marching in lockstep, this isn't hidden. This isn't good for regular people btw.
>And now a massive portion of people that voted out regret itSome probably do, most don't. Before you bring it up, YouGov is 100% government propaganda (The 71% of people agree with the government position meme is a thing for a reason). Same with the UK media. If you live here, you should already know that. The UK has the lowest trust in the media at like 20% iirc. Even less than the US I believe.
>We really didn't prove anything but hurt ourselves to prove a point.Which is a damn shame, because competent leaders could actually do stuff with being restricted by foreign bureaucracy.
Honestly I'm getting far too into it, and this isn't the board nor thread for it. The only thing I can truly say is always look at multiple sources, and the main stream media is just 1 source collectively.
