All the girls that do this FT are always streaming even when they have other stuff in the corner like concerts, radio shows, covers, original songs, collabs and what have you. Noone actually brags to their audience that they are just 5% of their time. If they share that they are tired or exhausted because of those outside stuff, they don't deliver that energy to their stream. They are professional and always try their best to be entertaining.
