now look at how her argument progressed - people are unhappy about the reschedule, but if her schedule is a lock otherwise, she cannot really move it, meaning she either focuses on those unhappy voices or actually on delivering a good experience in return
now go fast forward a little bit and hear her tone when she's talking about people assuming she doesn't care for their feedback - does it really sound like someone that doesn't give a shit, and not just someone that fumbled out a shitty wording but still regrets things?
I suggest watching streams as a whole and not just collection of disconnected fragments, especially when it's fairly typical for Mori to take time to open up, whether it's collab partners or the viewers
