Gura has the most of EN. Mori has the highest percentage of EN.
Axel has the highest percentage of Tempus, Vesper has the lowest percentage.
The source for the Tempus stuff was an unarchived Axel stream in December.

It's always been Marine, Towa and Suisei for JP and Mori, Kiara (don't know who's the 3rd one) for EN. Seems to be the common denominator is being proactive go-getters and examples that other women could emulate. Other than that they have their own different draws;
Marine has the raw sex appeal, sex appeal other women want to have. (It's different to sex appeal men are sexually attracted to)
Suisei, Mori and Towa are kinda "boyish" in a way that is cool to women.
Kiara, memes aside, is THE stacy you want to be in her good side or even a friend. (This also repels some women who see her as a threaf instead)
Some female holos like Ame, Mumei and Iroha excude that "literally me" aura in the same way men identify as Ryan Gosling, but they never commented on their female fans or have I seen any statistics (unlike the ones mentioned above) so I'll be basing on my gut suspicion that they too have a sizable female fans.
As for least? Probably the overly feminine yet not "womanly" ones (there is a difference) like Irys, or Fauna. I can't comment on japanese standards of femininity.

I think Anya has a decent percentage of female fans, because she's relatively cool (as far as dorks like the holos go) and because she does basically no coombait or GFE. So even if she's not super appealing for female viewers, she's very unappealing for male viewers compared to other holos which should make the viewer gender ratio more even.

Highest percentage of female fans is Mori with kiara or Ina in far second. Gura has the most female fans overall though by virtue of just being bigger than all of them so it’s weird to compare her. Mumei and Fauna are on the low side Ame is probably a bit higher.

I watch her and I have no idea. She's wedged between EN and ID has doesn't seem to play anything notable other than VNs. Some of VNs are great but it kinda get too much. She has the trappings of an EN holo without the exposure to the EN fanbase and doesn't seem to attract Indonesians (but does have plenty of non-ID SEA fans)
She has female fans though, and they're the AO3 writefags.

"ID as EN-lite" isn't a thing of the past when you have Kaela and Zeta. I think it's just a bad year for her and got herself burned out. VNs are her comfort streams and... lately all she's been playing are VNs.
ID3's success also got her into a strange direction since she seems to speak with a harder accent to potentially court ID viewers - and kinda turned off non-ID fans.

What you said would be logical and make sense if Gura, Pekora, and Aqua didn’t spit on all of that. Gura and Pekora have way more female fans than Mori, Kiara and Towa. Not percentage just raw number by virtue of having a much bigger fan base. Aqua has a rather large percentage, a bigger fanbase, and she’s none of the things you mentioned. Marine, Suisei, Aqua would probably win a girls poll with honorary mention of Gura, Pekora and Towa. Percentage only matters when talking about the top members

Example:
If Mori has 100 fans and 20% are female thats 20 vs Gura having 250 fans at 9-10% being around 25. It would mean your logic is flawed and more girls like the autistic non “go-getter” more.

About mori or Kiara being the highest percentage or gura just having the most? I don’t watch mori or Kiara but it’s been brought up that they said their percentage was on the high side. Gura has brought age, country, and female but I don’t remember her giving an actual number but the average for holo girls is 8-10%. Unless gura falls to like below %5 yes she has the biggest female fanbase in En but Marine is probably biggest overall and percentage at 22.5 according to her

My sister and I talk to each other about vtubers we watch a lot, so I think I can offer some input. She got into Hololive about a year after I did (mid 2020 for her, prior to Gen 5 debuts, mid 2019 for me) and has been a Koronesuki since basically the beginning because she thinks Korone is really cute. She also started watching Watame because Watame’s japanese is easy to understand and now she really likes her too. On the EN side she mostly watches Kiara and though she doesn’t really watch Suisei’s streams, she loves her music and admires how hardworking she is.

So, in my anecdotal experience, really what women like are varied. There are some women who prefer vtubers they see as “cool” (Mori, Towa, Suisei) and some that like vtubers they see as “cute” more (like my sister with Korone and Watame.)
