Yuri was trying to reconstruct her life after the whole covid thing and her parents pretty much demanded it. She retreated too much into being a vtuber with no social life. She spoke of this MONTHS ago and since then has reduced the number of her streams but has made it clear and spoke often of how she's reconnecting with old friends, hanging out with them etc. The 4k USD she got for a new PC? Yeah, she built that PC and tweeted alongside her building it and giving updates. She didn't "steal the money" or whatever rrat is spun.
Given that Yuri tweets constantly this silence is odd and unusual. But to accuse her of any misconduct, or shit on her or PC is just the usual trolling bullshit. This isn't like her at all and there's a chance something bad happened to her, or someone in her family etc. Also, Yuri would often thank her audience and fans via tweets, so that last tweet of hers sounds ominous only if you don't follow her. She always says stuff like that.
