I assume she was in contact with other companies, specifically Idol, and that they either tried to poach her or use her to gain insight into Phase as a company and details about other talents contracts and so on.
The problem here is her youth and inexperience. Yuri didn't stream much in the last year (a bit less I think) because she was trying to fix up her life, so her absence was both accepted and understood. She is a bit menhera, has health and family issues and this is commonly known because she said it herself. In other words, she's a perfect target for a third party to use and manipulate into being a tool, and I assume this is what happened. She only damaged herself in the long run. But we'll get to see everything in due time, if she redebuts as an indie and then joins Idol, or immediately joins Idol we'll know who is to blame. On top of that SHE CANNOT stream as much as she wants because of previously mentioned issues, so her continued existence is an open question.
