The gimmick could be that the wrestler is the result of an Anya-Petra fusion, so the character model would have some of Anya and some of Petra's features. By Official Dragon Ball Fusion Naming Conventions they'd be Anra or Petya. But if that sounds too stupid you could just go with Anya-Petra or Petranya for the name
Either Global or Japan would work for funny locations
Either Cruiserweight (they're both small) or Super Heavyweight (two cruiserweights in a trenchcoat) could work for size.
For Payback, I'd go with either Run In (to represent the dozen other vtubers we talk about in here), Acid Spit (a classic Japanese puro cheat that is considerably rarer in the west), or Blackout (haha get it Petra's wave song is called called Black Out)
For finishers, I guess it depends on which body size you settle on. Either way I would give them each one on-theme signature (Anya gets the Razor's Edge, Petra gets an Avalanche Bulldog, etc)
I'm not watching that entrance video
my wrestling autism tapped out about 40 minutes into the finisher video but if by some miracle of nature they have Glacier's old blue light entrance from WCW I think that could be a fun deep cut. (Glacier=Ice=Petra)
