I can tell you that Mori is easily the worst without ever having watched the other 3. It's a feat in itself to be as bad as she is. That last session was something else. Literally undid all the roleplaying they tried doing. Not surprised they didn't want to continue. Ignoring the reason why the final session was initially canceled.

Hard to say with Vesper because he was using a rather linear combat focused module, but he did a good job tard wrangling his group of new players and got them invested in the game.
I've only seen session zero and Kiara's prologue for Mythbreakers, but Mori did a good enough job tard wrangling her new players and keeping things moving. I heard the campaign falls apart in the end, but I'll just have to see for myself.
I have no idea who those other two are, could somebody give me a link to them?

Reza's and Aia's voices are a bit jarring to listen to and difficult to understand as a DM. I don't think I watched a full session of either.
I hate Mori so you probably know the answer for her. I will give it to her for the music and background.
I think, overall, Vesper is the best. I enjoyed watching his sessions. Although, I do wish there was more voice acting on his part.

I’ve Seen Aia’s and Reza’s sessions, out of the two i’d say Reza is the better DM but I prefer Aia just because I like her more. She does have a problem with making rolls for everything but that’s because of her thinking rolls make it better for viewer engagement, she took her last D&D collab more seriously than previously because she didn’t have to hold her new player’s hands. It’s a good watch if anyone finds D&D fun.

Aia is alright but too newschool for me. Her problem is she runs fucking DnD for every single setting, even modern-sque ones. She has the spirit though.

Blame critical role, she’s stated that 5E isn’t even her favorite she plays it because it’s easier for people understand and making roles for everything is pretty much entertainment for viewers. Her last D&D is more serious because she’s playing with 3 veterans and 1 newbie.

I can get that, he did cut off Aia a few times in the collab but imo it shows she can do campaign’s without the roll spam. I didn’t like that Fulgur was trying to fuck around with Aia a few times in the game but it was overall a fun session.

I think it's Aia > Mori >>> Vesper > Reza for me, now that I think about it. Nijisanji is "better" for ttrrpgs because they have a larger pool to work with and got into the idea that one shots are better for streaming.
But agreed, no Vox. Particularly didn't like the session he had with the IDs because the newbies didn't have the opportunity to speak up.

Knowing Aia, she’ll want to give everyone a chance. She said she’s already planning another one before her birthday but hasn’t set the ground work for it yet and Exsoliel members have been wanting to do a D&D session which she offered scripts for and Ver told her if she wants she could DM for them. I’d prefer if anyone coming back didn’t try to actively grief like Fulgur and Vox for the stories sake or just because they wanted to how Aia reacted.

I really liked Kiara's warmup from Mori.

Never watch Nijis. Vesper is better than Mori but he killed all the momentum of his series by getting suspended, acting like a menhera in Japan, fighting with Altare, and chopping the D&D episodes into pre-recorded content. Maybe him and Mori working together could bring some interest back to TTRPGs but it would also exclude 6/10 of the girls. If it just ends up being Mori, 3 guys and Kronii I don't expect it to be very successful long term.
