"It's normal that thing has shit reviews from people they don't know what they're talking about you should only listen to professionnal criticis" but if it has good critics reviews and bad popular reviews they'll say the exact opposite.
So it's either you don't believe in critics at all or you take both into consideration. There is no in between if you're trying to be objective
