That scene sure is a classic, specifically the reference to Needs Seed and Feed that was formerly Chucks. Now it's not so obvious to some of the younger audience members but the more adult audience will understand it's a clever quip and reference to a crass play on words. See, before Sneed took ownership of the proprietary it was formerly known as Chucks. Now it's implied through rhyme that Chuck did not run it as a Seed & Feed but rather as a roadside brothel, or a "Suck & Fuck" as they were commonly known as by members of the trucking community. It was really pushing the envelope at it's time but it was subtle and as mentioned before, appropriate for the age rating of the show as younger audience members would not wholly understand the reference. It's a shame we don't see the same quality of Simpsons jokes on the later seasons.
