Hololive has so many ongoing and upcoming projects so it's understandable.
Nijisanji has yet to learn to reinvest on its own talents. Its high talent turnover rate with at least one graduation a month is gonna kill the brand in the long term.

Given that Anycolor is still valued ~65% higher than Cover, there feels like more upside in Cover stock at the moment if you were looking to invest. Their relative financials and positions in the market don't seem to justify that level of difference.

In this case Cover has twice the share volume of Anycolor, so the actually company values are closer than people who just post the price would like to imply. Anycolor is worth about 70% more, rather than 300%.

These are the price for the publicly-traded stocks. Its not every stocks available -only the minimum required to list-, but it is available. You will need a broker or middleman though since most likely you are not japanese.

There are fundamentals that factor into stock prices, like dividend yield, P/E ratio, etc... but the people who buy the stocks are completely free to ignore everything and pay whatever they want for the stock and lose all their money in the process.
Like Elon Musk who paid like 2x the value of the company for Twitter.

People are free to ignore it, but the list price is just the latest trade value on the open market, so it's what people are actually buy and selling at at the moment. A takeover always ends up being at a premium (unless the company is openly in the process of failing), since the open market price is just those willing to sell right now; most stock is held by people not selling, and who would need a higher price to entice them (on top of a plethora of other rules and regulations that govern corporate ownership when it comes to takeovers and control).

It does seem kind of pointless, if you want to know about how the company is actually doing in reality. It wasn't that long ago, just before their most recent financial results infact, that Anycolor was trading at it lowest point to date despite putting out their best figures in their history. If you just want to shitpost on 4chan though I guess it's fine for that.

They don't paint the full picture.
A company's stock can be rising a lot because it's producing a lot of shit, but in a year or two when that all finally comes out if it was s hit the stock will drop harder than ever.
