If even half the drama surrounding Cover is true, someone has that information and could leak it at any time, CN, JP or otherwise.
Significant power source, might destroy the company or damage significantly.
Cover is reliant on its ability to anonymize (at least partially) its talent pool.
That power centralized and exposed would be in jeopardy, and easy to break.
All it takes is one rrat, and the ship starts to sink.
