The post itself does not compromise her character in any way, it's not saying some LOVE EVERYONE GUYS TRANS RIGHTS ARE HUMAN RIGHTS! bullshit.
Even though it's clearly written by management at least she was able to keep it in character and free of any bullshit.
And for the thread readers wondering yes management writes shit for her because she sucks at communicating and she has said whenever something makes her nervous she asks someone else to help her write it.
There are 3 ways this could go
Option 1:
She refuses to let management do any damage control
Could she get away with it? Maybe I guess, this was dumb and minor, and she's their biggest earner. She could just stand her ground and refuse to compromise at all.
But that's basically insubordination at that point, keep it up and you'll be left without a job eventually
Option 2:
Maximum virtue signaling, actual dishonest bullshit, 0 spine. She let's them step all over her.
Option 3:
She makes the stupid post, but she minimizes what it says.
And that's what she did.
It's the intelligent option for someone who chooses to compromise between ruining their future at their job or ruining their image.
Most fans were ok with it because they understood the situation which requires nuance and common sense.
No real fan wants her fired, but making a big apology just makes the trannies attack you even harder and more viciously.
Something like this is actually a very good move.
"Don't attack others as my fans, I don't condone harassment" sort of shields her from the worst fallout.
She made it clear she does not support people acting in bad faith and sets a boundary with fans that do those things but it doesn't make any bigger claim about morality that could put some burden on her in the future.
If you say "I love everyone and equality" people will try to call you out on it in the future if you don't show it hard enough.
Really, this note is based because it an intelligent way to handle this retarded issue in a way that does not escalate it, does not give her future potential issues and does not compromise her character but it does shield her from what fans might do and it does make her anti harassment stance clear. It ensures she can continue doing what she does.
And if you think she should not have an anti harassment stance as a fucking vtuber you are actually really retarded, sorry.
