Call me a cynic, but when this stuff happens, the people who quit are fucking EAGER to spill the beans. This looks way more like she's using the NDA to cover her own ass because the real reason she quit makes her look bad.
If true this is fucking admirable, she put on some absolutely next level acting for 12 hours a day during two uninterrupted months.
