There is nothing that it says "I hate my fans" more than a vtuber that has to drag herself to stream to a avoid going a week with no content.
Real life workers can take couple weeks vacation after a year or burn out, I don't know what is so stressful about vtubing to justify such breaks.

While I understand, and I agree vtubing is way easier than real jobs, its also not that simple. A vtubers product is their demeanor, outward personality. Other jobs you have to get something done whether you are miserable or not. Vtubers cannot be outwardly miserable om stream, at least in an unpleasant way. Thus the long breaks are more common because you can be miserable in an office job in front of a spreadsheet. But not miserable in front of thousands of fans expecting to be entertained. Emotional health can take a long time to fully heal. You'd rather have one great stream than five mediocre streams marred with lapses of bad attitude. But yeah I agree this job is nothing compared to teachers, doctors, armed services, etc.
