My father and my mother married when they are in 34 and 32. I was born a year later and my sister was born around ~8-9 years later. So, my mother was 42 when she gave birth to my sister. Now, my father is already retired. They're both about to hit 60 years old if God willing.
Several months ago, my cousin was married to his 30-ish years' old colleague. His age? Around 40-ish years old.
So, I can say it's not lost yet for hags. But, if the society doesn't really supportive to raise children like Japan... Well...
