Coco took the plunge into graduation. It's scary to be the first one but now that the barrier is broken more girls will get the courage to do so.

For gen 0 there may be some reasons, AZKi since she meant to be done with this by now and Suisei since Suisei won't stay on a burning ship. Miko seems like a lifer, so does Roboco. I won't entertain Sora graduating.
Gen 1 has Haachama and maybe Fubuki, I'm not sure Matsuri would be an early one to leave. This is Mel's side gig anyways and if she hasn't left by now she's probably not going to. Akirose probably would stay on since it is a decent ticket for her situation.
Gen 2 has Shion, which is close to graduating as it is without Coco. Ayame might not even bother to and will be on roll in the 2030s, Coco had enough of this shit 2 years ago. Aqua doesn't have the guts. Subaru seems like another lifer.
Gamers has Korone, who has recently debated it. Mio seems to want to stay but she's obviously distraught so I think she'd join the bandwagon. I'm not sure about the cat, possibly leave with her friends.
Gen 3 has Marine thinking about graduation and she'd probably be earlier than most. Noel has other revenue streams so it'd be easy for her to graduate but she'd probably wait for everyone else. Flare doesn't seem like too likely of a candidate. Pekora will stay as long as she has the #1 spot and Hololive isn't a complete tire fire. Rushia is another lifer.
Gen 4 is all fucked up. Towa and possibly Kanata meant to follow Coco and were talked down. Luna is the fickle sort and will probably find some reason to graduate and reincarnate. Watame would probably be a late leave and stay a little longer than she should.
Gen 5 has Botan, who wouldn't be too invested either way but she won't do anything dumb. Nene is not someone I can predict. Polka is a veteran and will know when the time is right. Lamy seems to be in this for fun mostly, if it isn't fun she'll bail.
