It's correct for normal vtubers but holo is like a different fucking dimension, Jp holos atleast definitely match top seyuus in japan, be it in terms of popularity or pay and it's not like every seyuu can be popular, there are more popular once and less popular once atleast for mid tier seyuus holo will be better, but then again it's harder to become a hololive member then a relatively successful seyuu
