You are right on Mori and Kiara, these are the two most Oshied HoloENs around the western Vtuber scene, only Enna from Nijisanji is more liked than Kiara and it's matched up with Mori. Literally 99% of the small corpo/indie current active if you ask who are their favorite vtubers they will respond "Enna Aouette and Mori Calliope"
