If they want games so badly they should license out the IP and get a bunch of smaller-scale games and projects, kind of like what Warhammer does. Yes they'll get a mix of good and bad games, but they license the IP so they get paid regardless. Hell, start by reaching out to HoloCure team and letting them put it on Steam for a cut of the profits.
If they really want to push and be ambitious, integrate streaming. For example have a Pekora ARPG where you connect your YouTube account, and channel members can join the game as Don-chans with 1hp to help or fuck with you. Or have a JRPG where viewers can superchat to name items or charge up attacks or something.
Push the boundaries of how game and stream interact. THAT would get me much more interested than a budget version of Craftopia.
