Ars Nova was the only collab which had effort put into it. HSF special ship was at least somewhat decent as well. Everything else has been low effort. IJN ships being absolutely ass in almost any metric possible doesn't help that situation either.

Have you looked at the fucking the Jap 100mm gun? It gets 1/4+5 HE Pen so a fucking 30mm HE pen gun without IFHE. Which coincidentally means it can hit anywhere on cruisers and do damage meanwhile USN 127mm gets the 1/5 pen so 25mm pen but they made it so cruisers outside superstructure have 30mm armor Funny that.

It's sad that the HSF unique DD's best loadout was the 100mm gun instead of the modern 127mm Gun

And yes still angry that they made Atlanta from mobile No Fly Zone to target practice because of nerfing the fuck out of it's AA to the point it's free damage.
