graduation after 1 year should be written into the contract and this should be made known from debut. when the year is over, the contract can be renegotiated to continue on with the company, or proceed with graduation. this gives either party an out for whatever reason, and it manages audience expectations, giving them time to mentally prepare or not get too attached in the first place. i guess this would hurt revenue though, since people may be less inclined to spend less. thoughts?
