That was my initial thought, but why now? It's been dying down over time, she's getting more support from everyone else, and anti-bot measures have improved on YT's side. She's also been talking more about staff/management work and wanting to help vtubers. This along with what Mio mentioned about Coco makes me feel like she wants to start her own vtuber company. If it was just the chinese getting to her, I feel like she would have left long ago. Also I don't know what Cover can actually do against chinese antis. They're protected by their shitty government, there's no legal discourse.
