Look, I know not everyone /here/ has actual real world experience yet, don't worry you will eventually, and workplace relationships, almost a global thing, there's no denying that, but there's a reason it's called work-place relationship.
People who work a 9 to 5 stuck in a fucking box together, bottom of the barrel white collar, call centers, hospital staffs, you can name a few; tend to get in a relationship with their coworkers, because that's all the people they get to see in a day. Not every job that has male-female interaction will ultimately lead to them fraternizing and fucking, that's a mid 20th century and prior consensus about women in the white collar workplace, where if they did as much as looking at your general direction meant they wanted to fuck you.
