We hear from Hololive members every now and then that they they got "bonked" by management for something they said or did but suspensions seem to be reserved for serious issues.
And they also seem to be willing to compromise, see Mori who early on complained that she was told not to swear. She seems to have reached a happy medium with management on that front.
