You can. A sledgehammer will break the concrete, her body is not part of the concrete itself.
Just don't go too strong or else her body will feel the shock, slowly chip away the concrete in weak swings.

Concrete is also caustic so if the heat didn't get her, she'd get chemical burns all over her skin which would probably intensity as the curing process goes on.

Look up the "Mongolian Woman in a Box" photo from National Geographic. That's how the Mongols sometimes used to execute people. It's a famous photo, but I'm not sure if it can be posted, since it's kind of scary.
