Latest tech high quality avatars, local 3D, professionally managed schedules with game permissions ahead and preventing stream overlaping, regular streaming and no over-streaming like that garbage sweat shop that's NijiEN, a tight leash on talent behavior, no males, hire girls who are entertainers, singers and artists... potential concerts, merch, an own team of editors for shorts and art assets. REAL marketing, not just putting a shitty youtube ad on other vtuber's channels and drop your talent to fall to irrelevancy.
Even HoloEN is a low effort shitshow... the girls don't stream, they have to go to Japan for 3D, male collabs, they have to commission stuff themselves from external shitters like Seafoamboy for 3D and stuff.
Gura proved Vtubing has potential to penetrate into normie territory and investors don't realize there's a potential easy multi million business, Hololive makes tens millions of dollars, Nijisanji CEO net worth is 1 billion, Hololive CEO made it to Forbes...
Vtubing in the west is trash because nobody truly invest beyond paying one avatar and a random shit ad on Youtube.
