There are some NDAs that do not allow early termination. If you do have a termination clause, you should look at the following:
How termination will be communicated
A notice period of termination
What will happen after termination
And since Niji is going out of their way to be specific and explain -in detail- why they canned her, which in turn is leading to her having issues in employment and financial stability, she is 100% allowed to discuss the points they already exposed, since it's now within public knoweldge
