"Polka oruka?", "Polka oruka?": This is to ask when you dont know if the Polka is there. "Polka oruka".
It is used in the same way as a regular greeting: "Polka oruka?".
And I ask (answer, say): "Polka oruyo! Here! Polka oruyo!".
And then we play "Polka oruka? Polka oruyo!".
TL note: "polka oruka?" means "Polka are you there?"
