The companies overall profits, maybe you'd have an argument, but personal bonuses on things you do in the company typically go directly to you, be it tips, extra sales over a specific threshold, selling stock off quicker than usual, etc.

Also known as scummy companies, dodgy companies, probable tax avoiders, criminal enterprise, modern day slavery, and others.
Many companies have been exposed, named and shamed, etc. for the latter in particular - modern day slavery where they work employees to the bone for pays that are well below a liveable wage for the region.
