>>49165478Since Niji is responsible for basically $0 overhead per streamer, anything that the little peons bring in is a profit. And to save even more, instead of investing or helping new hires grow an audience, they'll unload all that work and brainpower on the talents themselves.
Niji goes for pure numbers to scrape every penny out of the existing audience and chances are they'll strike silver every 100 or so releases, so there's no reason for them to change their tactics, especially if there are people still willing to sign contracts just for that initial debut boost. They're basically already past the point of flooding their own market, but they're fine with that, since any cracks will just get filled in by new waves.
